Cassie emailed to ask for Hemp Extracts. Sharon wrote back and told her that we usually charge for those but we would send them at no charge. Thanked her for being such a great customer. Rick mailed them the next day (26 Hemp Extract Brochures plus 26 Balm inserts).

Sent a replacement 20z Lavender Breeze Balm that a customer brought back as ‘used’. Cassie sent a photo of it to show that it looked like someone had  put their finger into it. Big glob was removed.

Cassie asked about bulk size. We eventually talked about selling (50) 1/2 oz jars of Lavender balm for $7 each ($350) OR (100) Lavender balms for $675.

Her plan is to use these in the treatment room. Use half of the jar in the treatment, and then give the rest to the client to take home.

The good news is that my math was off when I wrote to you last. Instead of $375 for 50, it’s actually $350 ($7 per jar). I’m so sorry about that. My calculator broke and another one is on its way. (Can’t come soon enough!)

I’ll go ahead and write this up for the (50) Half Oz Jars at the price of $350, using the cc info from your last order. So you don’t need to do anything further.

I’ll keep you posted on the shipping dates. We should still be getting this out to you by early next week. If it’s later than Tuesday I’ll let you know.
