5-1-20 – Sent Email ‘We’ve enrolled you in our Wholesale Program Email containing ID & Password along with May Flowers Special Offer

5/13/20 – Follow up call regarding email sent. Spoke to Joel. He still has our email and is interested, but his store is closed and won’t reopen for 1-3 months. Stay in touch. Email is best. He likes our pricing and organic ingredients. They infuse their drinks with 25 mg CBD and currently have 4 bottles of 1500 mg CBD left. Their price on 1500 mg is $140.00. Our wholesale pricing is much better than what he has however. I told him about our May special and that we will have 3 balms coming out soon. He liked that also.

7/24/20 – Rick wrote an email to Joel:

It’s my understanding that restaurants are able to be open with certain restrictions. I hope to see your business up and running to capacity soon, as a lot of people miss it.

7/27/20 – Rick called and spoke to a woman who said Joel is there but not available. She suggested I send an email and he would call back. I said I sent an email last Friday and that we have really good pricing on CBD oil and products right now. She said she would pass it along to Joel. She also said they have been open since March or April with limited hours.
7/28/20 – Rick received an email from Joel 7/27/20 and Rick wrote and email back 7/28/20 to Joel under rick@sharambrosia.com with current price list and info on our balms, etc.
8/26/20 – Joel made a purchase
9/13/20 – Joel made a purchase
1-29-21 – Was contacted by Ashley to switch over her contact info onto Joel’s past account. Sharon gave her new Password: 4St4!!gL#6 for same account. Told her about sale on original Hemp Extract going on (Save $10 per bottle).

Got an email from Miranda Schollenberger saying that she has replaced Joel as manager. Didn’t know how to order, couldn’t get in through Joel’s login info. I wrote back to say congrats and that Ashley and Maranda have been ordering through a different account and showed her the account info. Miranda replied with her order and that the info is correct. I wasn’t sure if she wanted me to place order for her so wrote back with that question as well as whether she wanted the original balms (as well as the extracts) and what size.
