– The winner must be a U.S. citizen and 18 years of age or older.

– There are 2 ways to enter. Entrants may fill out an entry form and deposit it at Emerald Springs Spa in person OR click on the ‘ENTER THE GIVEAWAY’ button on this page and fill out the form online.

– Only one entry will be accepted per person/household.

– The winner may use the Emerald Springs Spa gift card for other type(s) of treatment(s) that is of equal or lesser value. If used for service(s) of lesser value, the remainder of the gift card amount will remain on the gift card for future service(s). If the winner chooses to go above the amount of the gift card, the winner will need to pay for the additional amount.

– The Emerald Springs Spa gift card may only be used for services (spa treatments). It may not be used for products, gratuities, gift cards, etc… or replaced with any other type of payment.

– Gratuity for the therapist is not included.

– One winner will be randomly drawn on or before Oct 25th 2021. The winner will be announced online at https://StickyBudOrganics.com/SweetPamperings and will be contacted by the email given by the entrant on their entry form. The winner has 5 days to respond. If the winner does not respond in 5 days from when the email is sent, a new winner will be chosen. The secondary winner will also have 5 days to respond after being sent a notification email. The pattern of selection and notification will continue until a winner replies and accepts the prize.

– It is the responsibility of the selected winner to give a correct email address and phone number, and to respond within the 5-day period after notification.
