Sharon also made New Order Form to save the cc info of Gregory Saubel for any future orders.
Kimberley also asked for additional first order discount, we gave her an additional ‘First Order Discount’ of 5%.
Also asked that we add them to our ‘Locator Retail Lists’. Sharon assured her that we would.
Saubel’s Markets has 3 or 4 locations, so we’ll refer to this store as ‘Saubel’s Market – Shrewsbury’.

10/9/20 – Rick called the Shrewsbury location and spoke to a woman that said I need to speak with Kim who is the buyer but won’t be in until Monday. When asked if Kim was the Buyer for all 4 stores, she wasn’t sure and let me speak with a manager, Kelsey. Kelsey said Kimberly is the one I need to speak with (buyer for natural foods and supplements), but wasn’t clear on whether she is the buyer for just this store or the other stores as well. She said Kimberly will be in on Monday and to call back on this same number 717-235-3891.

10/14/20 – Rick called and spoke to Kim and told her about our products. She said she’s “intrigued” and asked we sent info to her store email she gave me above. She sounded very interested! She said they carry CBD at the Shrewsbury location, but she insn’t sure about the other locations. Added to User List and email sent from SharAmbrosia email.

10/29/20 – Rick called and spoke to Kimberly. She’s been too busy working the floor to look too deeply into adding a new hemp product, but she remembered us and likes that we’re local and saved our info in her favorites. It sounds like she is very interested in us. I told her about our specials till the end of this month and she hadn’t yet seen the email sent by Sharon regarding our specials this month and asked that I send her another email reminding her. Email sent from my Sharambrosia email.

11/9/20 – Order made and taken by Sharon. (4-Sampler Trio, 4-Balmy Nights, 4-Blue Ice, 3-Lavender Breeze, 6-CBD Extracts). Now an SBO Vendor.

2/19/21 – Rick called and Kimberly answered, “This is KIMBERLY”. She sounded happy to hear from me, but said she has not looked at the inventory of our products and doesn’t know how many they’ve sold. She asked that I send her an email to remind her and she’ll look at it later, as she’s in the middle of a project at the moment. I told her that we have some new products and I’ll tell her about them in the email. She thanked me and said to have a nice weekend. Email sent from my sharambrosia email.

4/6/21 – Stewartstown – 717-993-9166 (Dave – MGR) – Rick called and spoke to Dave. He doesn’t carry CBD and has no room for other products. I told him were selling well in Shrewsbury and he said he would talk to “Kimmy” about it. I said I would call him back if I don’t hear from him. He said OK. Whiteford – 410-452-5969 (Dave – MGR different from other store). Rick called and they said to call back after 11:30 am tomorrow and ask for Dave (Hudson?). E. York – 717-757-6752 – (Rebecca – MGR) Rick called and was placed on hold and speaker phone a very long time while they looked for Rebecca. A woman came and gave instructions to the young man that answered the phone on how to put someone on hold and get Rebecca. They never knew I could hear them. No one ever picked up. I called back and Morgan picked up and sent me to Rebecca. Rebecca said they do not carry CBD in their store. She said the owner, Greg Saubel has asked everyone that wants to get into his stores to go through him first. Rebecca said he visits all the stores, but spends most time in the Shrewsbury store (his first store) and Stewartstown (has the accounting office).
