5/15/20 – Rick called for Mark – co-owner – sales and supplements manager – mark@martindalesnutrition.com. Spoke to Mark. He carries a number of different brands of CBD products, including local. He’s not interested in bringing in any new brands at the moment, but if you WOW him with our product maybe he will buy it at some point. 5-15-20 – Sharon added new email to system, also sent email with ‘Group You’re Enrolled, plus May Flowers Special Offer’, w/ ID & Pswd

9/15/20 – Rick called – Mark was in a meeting. I said I would call back another time.

9/18/20 – Rick called – I introduced myself to the woman who answered. Mark was about to go into a meeting per the woman that answered. She asked that I call back in about a half hour.

FIRST ORDER:

9/21/20 – Rick called and spoke to Mark. Mark purchased 6 extracts @$35 ea, 3 Balmy Nights @$32 ea, 1 all products Shelf Talker with Oil & Balm Insert@$8.00 and sent him 1 free Brochure with Balm Insert. I read him the total and didn’t realize we were supposed to add tax on the shelf talker. Sold without $0.48 tax for the shelf talker. Also sent him 1 free Sampler Trio (as a surprise).

2/19/21 – Rick called and Mark won’t be in until 3 pm. Rick emailed Mark a request to see if he needs a replenishment and to let him know about our new products, packaging and pricing. Sent from my Sharambrosia email.

2/19/21 – Rick wrote to Mark saying it’s time to stock up via ricks sharambrosia email.

3-29-21 – Sharon took Mark’s order by phone (saved his credit card info per his permission) so that he can place orders in the future by sending an email directly. He ordered 6 Hemp Extract and 3 Balmy Nights (2 oz).
