5-1-20 – Sent Email ‘We’ve enrolled you in our Wholesale Program Email containing ID & Password along with May Flowers Special Offer

5-13-20 – Called and spoke to Sadie – the buyer for supplements. She does not remember our previous email. They are over saturated with CBD and there is very little demand for it, as everyone is focused on CV-19 and CBD does little to boost immunity, etc. (per Sadie). Sadie was a buyer for large supplement companies & has been in the supplement business for a long time. They are opening another store and there are a lot of potential sellers of CBD all claiming to be the best and are organic, 3rd party tested, similar strengths, etc, but she likes that we’re local. Maybe in the fall, or so they could be interested in purchasing. In the meantime, send her our info and she will look over it and will reply to us that she received it.

5/13/20 – Sharon sent the May special email again.

7/24/20 – Rick called and spoke to Sadie. CBD sales are still slow and everyone is looking for immunity boosting supplements. They are opening their second store 9/1/20 so maybe there will be a need for our CBD by then. She did get our email from Sharon in May and said she responded to it that she got it. I told her about our new products. I told her that the internet is showing a number of studies and information that CBD could help for Covid. She was not aware. She thanked me for my call and said check back later.

9/11/20 – Rick called – Sadie was out today, but will be back after 9:30 am Monday. Call back then.

9/14/20 – Rick called and spoke to Sadie. The new store is having some trouble opening due to refrigeration issues, but should be open by November. She is weeding out their lower performing CBD and is looking for local. She remembered us because we are local. She said they are not ready to buy yet, but this is not a no. She wants us to keep sending emails to stay on top of the list and to send to her New email – sadie.stringer@organnons.com so she can look at us side by side with our competition. I told her about our current specials and our new spa client that liked our balms. She liked that they liked it. Sent another email from my Sharambrosia email and updated the user list with Sadie’s new email.

9/23/20 – Sadie sent email to my sharambrosia email indicating interest and sending info to become a vendor.

9-28-20 (Sharon and Sadie wrote back and forth a few times, see below, and there are more in email box. Basically, they need products to have UPC code for their system. We don’t have them. Here is the final email sent to Sadie by Sharon…

Hi Sadie,

Just a quick follow-up to let you know that after discussing the UPC issue with our Amish partners, we’ve decided to keep our labeling as is. The PA store accounts that we’ve been steadily gaining love that we’re a local, hands-on family-run business. So far it hasn’t been an issue for us to stick with the old-fashioned methods.

However, if we do ever change our decision or if UPC codes ever become mandatory, we’ll definitely be in touch. You have a an amazing store, I loved it from the minute I took your virtual store tour! Thanks for everything, Sadie! ?

Hi Sharon,

Thank you so much for reaching out and getting me most of the info requested. I hate to say this but UPCs are more important than the SKU codes, at least for Organnons. We use a professional ordering system that requires more involved product information. Without UPCs there is no way to scan at the register ? When do you think you might have those affixed to your products? We may have to wait for that day to come
